Yoga connects body to mind, mind to spirit, and spirit to community. Join us as we go inward to connect with nature and explore our oneness with it.
The instructor, Annie, is a CIYT and C-IAYT. The Iyengar tradition has a firm foundation of beginning poses that culture intelligence of the body; therefore this class is appropriate for all practitioners and beginners are welcome.
Children are welcome to quietly play in the children’s area and parents are welcome to attend to them as needed during class.
You will meet inside the nature center. Please arrive 10 minutes early to prepare your space. Class will begin promptly at 4:30 pm.
Please bring a mat, blanket, block, and water. Wear clothing that will not restrict movement like a t-shirt and stretch pants or shorts.
