This is where the rubber hits the trail. Sports Garage's all new Women's MTB Learn to Race Club will be taking up to thirty beginning racers confidently to the starting line of the 2018 Beti Bike Bash in Lakewood, Colorado. Join us in Boulder on Wednesday, March 14th for the Learn To Race Club Info Night.
Absolutely no prior race experience is needed. Our program is designed for women registering in the «Beginner» or «Never Ever» categories. We will introduce female mountain bikers to the camaraderie and challenge of participating in the nation's largest all-women's mountain bike race, as well as provide:
— 60-day training plans
— Team registration
— Custom MTB jersey
— Education on race day «need to knows» and nutrition
— Tech talk and maintenance clinic
— Pre-race social events and shop discount night
— Scheduled group rides
— Guided race course pre-rides with coaches
— Race day neutral support and post-race snacks
— On-course support
You DO NOT have to register for the Information Night, however if you are ready to join the Learn to Race Club today, you can do so on Eventbrite.

The Learn to Race Club is ideal for any female mountain biker who has considered participating in a competitive event, but has experienced any number of hesitations, including:
What's the course like?
What do you do at the starting line?
How do you pass?
Who do I hang out with?
Do I have to be on a team?
What are the «rules of the trail»?
What do I wear? Eat? Drink?
How do you train?
The 2018 Learn to Race Club will be directed and coached by Elorie Slater, owner of Sports Garage Cycling, and Melanie Long, veteran MTB racer and Beti Bike Bash cover girl.
