Denversmōk, the barbecue concept opening inside The Source Hotel later this year, is popping up at RiNo Yacht Club with ramen. The exclusive pop-up is part of an ongoing series of Smōk pop-ups, leading up to its grand opening.
The menu will feature Smoked Brisket Szechuan Ramen with bean sprouts, shitake, bamboo shoots, nori, sesame and a soft egg.
Additionally, RiNo Yacht Club will feature special sake cocktails crafted by award-winning beverage director, McLain Hedges. The pop-up beverage menu will include Eastern Medicine, with ginger and rose water, Toki Highball, and a shot and beer combo – Toki and Highlife Pony.
