There's something magical and trans formative about a slow burn practice. When we shut the outside world out, limit distractions, move slowly and in the dark, we are better able to experience a deeper inward journey.
This is a vinyasa practice with short yet challenging sequences with minimal instruction to give you freedom to flow on your own. In this practice we move slowly, to a complete yogic 4 part breath and learn to not rush through the journey but to embrace and feel your way into your body!
