Intentionally taking a moment to detach from your obligations and tasks can be a powerful recalibration. Especially, if in that moment you deliberately ground yourself, and reconnect to your body and your environment.
This quick one hour class will teach you how to slow your mental clock and be more intentional with your thoughts or actions. One hour of self care and connection will buy you hours of more quality time in your work and pleasure at home. Come learn how a few essential oils can help you reconnect quickly and effectively. As well as, be lead through a balancing guided meditation to gain mindfulness and harmony of your mind, body and spirit. To help assist you in graining the momentum for self care, we will be giving everyone who signs up for the class a vial of the grounding oil to take home and start your practice. Please call the store to register for the class, so we can be best prepared to serve you.
If you wish to enhance your comfort for the meditation, feel free to bring yoga mats or blankets. We will provide pillows and the aromatherapy for the class. If you wish to use this as your grounding time for the month or want to learn more, the class will vary in mediation and grounding essential oils every month.
