Our bodies remember everythingl stress, trauma, past emotions, etc. We hold onto so much without even realizing it. This is where Yin Yoga comes into the picture. This style of yoga focuses on connective tissue, mostly surrounding the joints. Yin is a prop heavy, meditative, class. While we only take 7-8 different shapes, we hold each shape for 3-5 minutes.
