Free Meditation + Gong Relaxation
This hour long class starts with a short, gentle warm-up of stretching yoga exercises and pranayama (breathwork) to get body comfortable and ready for meditate. Then the teacher will lead the class in a 11 minute Kundalini meditation based on the teachings of Yogi Bhajan. Class ends with a 20-30 minutes gong bath relaxation to integrate the meditation and relax and restore the body, mind and spirit.
This class is FREE and beginner friendly.
Prabhusukh Singh, PhD, has been studying Eastern philosophy for the past 15 years, including Buddhism, Taoism, acupuncture, Chi Kung and martial arts. He has earned a bachelor’s degree in molecular biology, a master’s degree, and a dual PhD in neuroscience and physiology. Within the first weekend of the KRI Kundalini yoga teacher training with Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa, Prabhusukh Singh knew he would be a Kundalini yoga teacher. Kundalini yoga is a comprehensive path of transformation that allows Prabhusukh Singh to integrate all his previous knowledge from Western science and Eastern philosophy, to deliver a powerful transformative experience that can rapidly transform a student.
