Come join Denver Beer Co and the Denver Mountain Parks Foundation for a bison-adjacent guided hike along one of Colorado’s original hiking trails.
All hikers will receive a ticket for a free beer-flight at Denver Beer Co's Olde Town Arvada Taproom good on the day of the hike!
See the Eventbrite listing for full details and free tickets:
Beaver Brook Trail was constructed by Colorado Mountain Club between 1917 and 1919 and connects Denver’s Genesee Mountain Park with Lookout Mountain above Golden. We’ll complete a 4.1 mile loop that includes significant elevation loss and gain, a handful of creek-crossing, and rocky terrain for a solidly intermediate-level experience. We’ll hike at a casual, conversational speed-- though hikers should be comfortable with uneven terrain, creek crossing, etc.
Participants are invited for a post-hike beer at Denver Beer Co’s Arvada Taproom where we’ll sample our 2017 charity sponsor’s delicious brews. (Denver Beer Co's support in 2017 has made a major positive impact on our programs and community outreach, and we're super excited for this shared hike!)
We have a suggested minimum donation of $10 to support our efforts to restore and enhance the historical integrity and appreciation of the Denver Mountain Parks system.
