Vin-Yin is the best of both worlds!
Beginning with 30 minutes of flowing vinyasa sequences connecting breath with movement and building heat. Once the body is warm, we will then shift over to 30 minutes of yin. A cooling, patient, and deeply intense practice, Yin is a perfect complement to dynamic and muscular styles in the vinyasa style practice. Yin stimulates and targets connective tissues by working gently into the edge of postures through long holds (between one and ten minutes).
