In this class we will work into our connective tissues building flexibility and mobility beyond the muscles onto a deeper level. Typically about 15 or so poses per class with some nice long holds. This is the kind of yoga that will keep us elastic and moving into our old age. We will finish up with a couple deep restorative prop heavy postures while I guide a short relaxation meditation. Late in the evening with mellow tunes and candlelit, perfect for a great nights sleep.
