The idea for this island-inspired adventure came to us while on a fateful trip. Cast away to our own amusement, we envisioned Three Hour Tour as a spiced up Belgian Ale. Using whole ginger in the brewing process, we selected the citrus-forward Ardennes strain of yeast for fermentation. When complete, we brightened up the nose with intensely aromatic kaffir lime leaf oil, driving a sweet and savory balance of flavors that maroon the senses on a tropical isle.
