Join herbalist Erin Hattler for an informative evening about adaptogens—herbs that increase our ability to adapt to stress. We will discuss what herbs to use for altitude sickness, how to use adaptogens to help with recovery, avoiding burnout, and the difference between Reshi and Chaga. You’ll be sampling a variety of different adaptogens and will leave with a comprehensive list of what adaptogens to take for different training or recovery goals.
