At our Boozy Baking Class, our Pastry Chef Mj Szymanski will demonstrate and teach patrons the art of making French Macarons including: Macaron batter, chocolate ganache, and Swiss buttercream. Guests be able to wear chef hats and aprons and enjoy the atmosphere of being in our pastry kitchen at Stella's on 16th. Attendees will be able to pipe their French Macaron batter, bake, and fill them with the ganache and buttercream after. The class will also be able to decorate their Macarons with chocolate and learn how to make paper cornet piping bags for decorating desserts.
A complimentary toasting glass of Champagne and additional first cocktail, beer or glass of wine is included in the ticket price. Guests will enjoy happy hour pricing on all drinks they may wish to enjoy after the included beverages. Guests who are under 21 will be offered coffee beverages, juice, and/or soda. Appetizer bite platters will also be included for snacking while sipping your beverage and enjoying the process of baking French Macarons!
The attendees will be given copies of the recipes used in the class and will be able to ask and learn about other pastry processes while enjoying their time in our pastry kitchen for the 2 1/2 hours.
