Women's Circle- Movement and Art from the inside out.
As women, our voices, our love and our strength is needed more than ever in the world. And we can only show up, when we are there for ourselves. Women need time to feel ourselves, and be together. We've done it this way since the dawn of time.
We will take a deep dive into feeling ourselves through mindful body practices, music, movement, art-making and circle. When women come together in circle, amazing things happen.
Join us for a day of coming home to yourself.
No experience necessary, we will be moving and creating art as process, not performance. This will be a chance to enjoy your whole self, perfect as you are.
$30 per person. Anyone idenitifying as a woman may join us.

She holds a degree from Naropa University and is certified through the Peacemaker Institute. She has been a student of Shambhala Buddhism for over a decade and is a student of Hakomi Somatic Psychotherapy.
